The space Jayne-Louise designed invited a different way of leading. By stepping out of the operational ‘weeds’ and into a deliberately held, nature-based environment, the pressure eased. Time felt less compressed, the mental noise softened. The experience enabled a shift from doing to sensing by immersion in nature, from task-driven to embodied awareness.
Leader and Coach within the Arts
The 'Leadership Immersion' was a generous offer by Jayne-Louise, to step away from busyness and to be gently guided into openness, meaning making and relationality. I gained much from the experiences. Jayne-Louise’s facilitation was extraordinary, and the diversity of the group offered such a rich experience. A transformative leadership Immersion.
Executive System Leader, Education
The Leadership Immersion was exactly the reset I needed - mentally, physically, and spiritually. It provided a fantastic opportunity to deeply connect with the principles of regenerative and future-fit leadership in an incredible setting, and to truly experience them in my body. It was such a delightful two days, with great people, at a great place!
Leadership Director - Committee for Geelong
The immersion experience was spacious and offered opportunity to be self-reflective, explore concepts and then translate to the practical – there was time to digest slowly - this was so important. The facilitation was open, not pressured, there were options. There was time for group discussion, there were times for being solo. Jayne-Louise offered us tools to think with. Making it, thinking through it, walking it – using what you needed, as you needed it. These experiences are so important, to step out of your workspaces and give the gift of time
Community and Education Manager, Regenerative Farm
What a privilege to participate in an ecological leadership immersion right in the bush amongst the eucalypts. Standing among charred trunks and fresh shoots was a powerful reminder of resilience and renewal. Just as the forest regenerates after fire, I discovered new ways of leading and living that are adaptive, life-affirming and deeply connected.
Senior School Leader – Secondary School
The Leadership Immersion was grounding from the very beginning. The Acknowledgement of Country, with its attention to water, earth, the four winds, night and day, care and custodianship, immediately located leadership within relationship and responsibility. It set a tone that leadership is not separate from life but deeply embedded within it.
