Leadership Immersion
This leadership immersion invites you into a process of inner and outer discovery as we collectively shift towards a more regenerative, life affirming leadership stance. You are offered time, in an unhurried way, to explore living system principles and practices that enhance self and systemic awareness. Through scaffolds and frameworks you learn to apply these principles and practices in your unique context or organisation. The immersion is an opportunity to network with others who are also ready to explore the shifts in leadership consciousness necessary to thrive amidst complexity.

Explore why a regenerative perspective is vital to developing an expanded leadership consciousness in today’s constantly evolving context.
Explore and embody living systems principles and how these illuminate regenerative ways of being, working and leading, through reflecting on our own orientation to leadership and life.
Strengthen our curiosity for life through noticing, intentionality and reflection that invites an openness of mind and heart to the possibilities of an expanded leadership consciousness.
Develop ‘self-awareness’ through micro leadership practices that illuminate our inner knowing and capacities for relational ways of being in the world and with the world.
Develop the capacity for systemic awareness by bring attention to our organisations as deeply interconnected and cyclical living systems with the capacity for a culture that is ever learning, ever changing and life affirming.
This leadership immersion is designed to be experiential where you will be offered processes, scaffolds and rituals to continue your ongoing movement towards leadership that is regenerative – that is, deeply attuned to life.
