Designing & Facilitating

When invited to design and facilitate with you and your organisation - we begin be seeking to understand each other and the unique contexts that hold the myriad relationships that shape who we are and desire to be within the ecology of our places. Together we uncover the questions that matter and follow these threads into a dialogue that gives life to our designs and facilitation.

While the designs and facilitation processes will be unique to each context - depending on your needs, your questions and circumstances, some of the overarching areas that give shape to what we do together can include the following:

  • Exploration of the inner landscape of self and organisation, as the transformative place of shift - embodying regenerative ways of being in the present moment.

  • Building your capacities for deep listening and presence, for noticing and observing, as fundamental skills - ways of being, that open up the possibilities for learning in our organisations

  • Engaging in reflection and dialogue, questions and provocations - constant companions that nudge us, celebrate us, and open our eyes to new ways of seeing.

  •  Seeking ways of meeting and being with the challenges and opportunities that arise – holding the space for tension, silence, and dialogue, as the necessary movement of change.

  •  Slowing down, being silent and unhurried, observing and listening- learning to become one with - not acting on - all life.

  •  Presencing and accompaniment with the humility and patience for unlearning and relearning – sensing how we are turning up in the world and for each other in our organisations

These design and facilitation sessions are taliored to meet your needs - it suggested an initial conversation to ensure a ‘good fit’ and navigating the best ways forward, as we create something unique and life giving together.
