Designing & Facilitating

When invited to design and facilitate with you, your team or organisation I begin by seeking to understand your unique context and the myriad of relationships that shape the ecology of your place. Together we uncover the questions that matter and follow these threads to create a design that opens up the possibilities for renewed ways of being and leading in your setting.

While the design and facilitation processes are responsive to each context the following four areas give shape to what is possible:

Exploration of the inner landscape of self and how shifts in perspective hold the seeds for personal and collective transformation – awakening our awareness to what is possible, beyond the familiar.

Engaging in micro leadership practices that invite slowing down, pausing and noticing - the quality of our attention changes the nature of the world.

Creating space for reflection, dialogue, listening and questions where insights emerge that hold the seeds of possibility – in these relational spaces leadership is responsive to what emerges

Understanding and experiencing our teams and organisations as complex living systems constituted by dynamic relationships - sensing and responding to what is emerging across the ecosystem

These design and facilitation sessions are crafted to meet your needs and within your timeframes.

If you would like to chat about how this might work for you and those you work with book an initial conversation and we can work out the best way forward, ensure that this is a ‘good fit’ and together start creating something unique and life giving together.
