Shifting your attention, expanding your consciousness, aligning with life and attuning to the life within us and around us.

In these turbulent and unsettling times old maps no longer work. Many of us feel we are standing on unstable ground, where relationships feel frayed and un-stitched, yet there is a deep and collective desire to re-weave our relationships with threads drawn from ancient wisdom – natures wisdom.

Relationships aren’t the backdrop they are the essence; in the rich fabric of life, relationships are the transformative space of our shared becoming. An evolving in-between space of interdependencies– a myriad of unseen threads combining, always combing and always relational.

This is an invitation to explore a shift in how you sense yourself and your leadership; how you become more conscious of our own soul-making and whole-making – as a gift to self, others and the world.

Leadership tends to relationships with self, with each other and with all of life – as nature. In doing so we become more attentive, intentional and attuned to life within us and all around us.

Leadership Immersion

In 2025 the Leadership Immersion was facilitated at the beautiful Cave Hill Creek. With arrival in the afternoon, settling in overnight, in readiness for the enfolding of the next day together.

These rich immersive experiences are designed to create spaces for deep listening and dialogue, for silence and reflection with an orientation towards understanding your ways of being and acting in the world, and with the world. These guided experiences in nature (and as nature) provide opportunities to engage with the principles of living systems to enhance ‘self-awareness’ and ‘systemic awareness’ and to apply these principles to the opportunities and challenges experienced in your unique context/organisation.

In 2026 we are designing a leadership immersion for November. Dates and details announced shortly.
