In these turbulent and unsettling times old maps no longer work. Many of us feel we are standing on unstable ground, where relationships feel frayed and un-stitched, yet there is a deep and collective desire to re-weave our relationships with threads drawn from ancient wisdom – natures wisdom.

Welcome, I’m Jayne-Louise.

Whether you are interested in a leadership immersion experience, coaching or program design and facilitation, I provide space for deep dialogue and listening, where insights emerge and catalyse the change necessary for leadership transformation.

This means close attention is given to self-awareness and systemic awareness, strengthening our capacities for sensing and responding to the ever changing contexts in which we are immersed.

Leadership Immersion

Rich, immersive and facilitated experience in the beautiful Otway forest at King Parrot Cottages.

Arrival late afternoon, settling in over night, in readiness for a full day facilitated program, with time in the evening and the next morning to explore your insights with Jayne-Louise and others, in an unhurried way, before leaving.

The leadership immersion is designed to create spaces for deep listening and dialogue, for silence and reflection with an orientation towards understanding your ways of being and acting in the world, and with the world. These guided experiences in nature (and as nature) provide practical opportunities to engage with the principles of living systems to enhance ‘self-awareness’ and ‘systemic awareness’ and to apply these principles to the opportunities and challenges experienced in your unique context/organisation.

In 2026 our leadership immersion is located in the Otway forest, at the delightful King Parrot Cottages on the 11- 13 of November.
